Our programs prevent the development of secondary health problems associated with a lack of purposeful activity. They provide enduring psychosocial benefits and are tailored to the needs of each individual.

Programs are delivered in one block of five days, or multiple sessions totalling five days. Our courses are very accessible and site tours are available to discuss adaptations required for medical restrictions.
