Our leather boot-making classes offer an inspiring blend of creativity and hands-on learning, allowing you to design and construct a pair of custom boots from start to finish. Under Lou’s expert guidance, you’ll master essential leatherworking skills such as cutting, shaping, stitching, and assembling each piece with care and precision. By the end of the 5 days, you’ll walk away with a unique pair of boots that perfectly fit your feet and style.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, this workshop is an engaging introduction to the world of bespoke footwear, giving you the skills and confidence to take on future leatherworking projects.

This five-day course is taught in our fully equipped leatherwork studio by Lou. Beyond learning to make your own boots, you’ll also have the chance to ask Lou about starting your leatherworking journey—sourcing tools and materials, avoiding common beginner mistakes, and more.
