This knife is designed for one-handed eating, combining a knife which cuts with a rocking motion with a fork. The handle is shaped from a piece of Ringed Gidgee and incorporates sapwood which provides the beautiful contrast seen between each side of the scales.
The stainless steel blade holds an excellent edge and be easy to clean and maintain.
