Save 40% off our normal steel prices. These offcuts are left over from courses. They have been heated and are suitable for forging blades. They won't be exactly flat and have some firescale on them so not as suitable for stock removal. Some have been cut on an angle at the end to make kitchen knife tangs, which will save grinding excess steel off. It's what our staff use to make production knives, we just have excess from the courses. All suitable for making high quality knives.
Pre-packaged random assortment of annealed 1075 carbon steel ranging from 30-50mm wide, 100-400mm long, and 3.4-5.4mm thick. Maximum total weight of 5kg, minimum total weight of 4.8kg.
